Why is joy important in our life?
This is a feeling we all want to have as a ruling state but it often escapes due to stressful living conditions. It doesn't have to be this way. We can control our happiness. We do not have to wait for it to come to us.
First, we need to know why it is important to us and why it is important for us to make an effort to keep happiness in our normal state. Happiness has a positive effect on our body, our mind, and our emotions. We are healthy both mentally and physically when we are in a happy mood. I do not mean that it should be a form of happiness, it can be subtle but there, a strong sense of well-being that can be expressed as happiness. Happiness improves the functioning of our physical bodies and our mental functioning at a critical level. When we are happy it becomes easier to be close to us and our relationship thrives. When we are happy we do our work at a high level with great skill and great attention to detail.
What is the key to happiness? The desire to be healthy is the key to happiness. Getting out of a working treadmill is not easy if you have been there for a long time, but it is important for you to have real well-being. We all need to know that we have value other than what we do. If we don't do that, everything in life is just another part of the pressure to do it. It will take out and destroy our souls in any position of zeal for life. There needs to be a simple joy of being just what we are.
Another understanding is that all aspects of our present life are an integral part of our lives and are being designed to be made accepted. When we do this it removes our focus from thinking of certain tasks as a waste of time or as an annoyance that we must endure in which we appreciate each role in our lives as an important part and therefore should be accepted and enjoyed. As a result we will have a greater level of focus on the work we already have. This in turn leads to at least some of the love that increases our performance and the ability to enjoy even the most ordinary activities.
Renewing our hope is a vital way to widen out in love and thus be a source of joy. The most effective way to rekindle hope is to be grateful. As we express our gratitude for what we have, it opens the light within us that leads to happiness. When we live our lives with a sense of gratitude and optimism it adds light to our day. May we expect a wonderful surprise.
Another important factor in building and maintaining happiness is having a long-term view of our lives. Indeed, it can be difficult to maintain a positive outlook if we are negatively affected by the ups and downs of our daily life. One second looks good and only gets better. In the meantime the next bad thing happens or maybe somehow the worst, life continues to get used to the normal way without the happy progress we expect. Whatever it is, we need to know that this temporary experience can change with one call or with a new perspective. The important thing is not to let our current situation hinder our ability to keep our eyes on our long-term good fortune in our lives. Often bad situations, if we let them can be important building blocks for our character that create the long-term success we long for. As long as we have breathing there are undeniable opportunities still available to us. Maintaining a positive outlook is a key to achieving those goals.
